  • Crush the chicken thighs strips with a gentle hammer until they reach a fine thickness. as this helps them cook well and quickly.
  • Place the crushed chicken slices in an oven dish or a seasoning tray and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle over the chicken thighs strips with rosemary leaves, mashed garlic. extra virgin vegetable oil, and balsamic vinegar, and rub in gently.
  • If you're in a hurry, you'll grill the chicken on the spot or let it marinate overnight in the fridge. It really depends on the depth of flavor you want.
