1.Warm Shrimp, Egg, and Vegetable Fried Rice:

Serves 4
for making ready shrimp:
  • Shelled and deveined shrimp - 1 pound.
  • Finely chopped white and inexperienced spring onions - ¼ cup.
  • Finely chopped tomatoes - 3 medium sizes.
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2Tsp.
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp.
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to flavor.
  • Coriander leaves - to garnish.
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp.

Preparation method: 

  • Take the cleaned shrimp in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, ginger, cold powder, soy sauce, and salt.
  • Leave the shrimp with all the ingredients to marinate for half an hour
  •  Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the green onions, and fry until the onions turn golden brown.
  •  Add the finely chopped tomatoes and leave until soft.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and stir until all ingredients are almost cooked. Now add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook over high heat for two minutes, then saute it on both sides for one minute.
  • Reduce the heat and let the ingredients cook for 10 minutes after covering the skillet with a tight lid.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and green onions.
  • This is the basis for shrimp fried rice, and you can also eat it as an appetizer.

for shrimp and egg fried rice you need:
  • Long grain variety cooked rice - four cups
  • Finely chopped vegetables - 1 cup(sparkling green peas, beans, carrot, capsicum, and candy crimson pepper)
  • Cooked shrimp (as above) - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Finely chopped spring onions - ¼ cup
  • Salt and black pepper powder as required
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation method:

  • We heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  • Add the chopped green onions and saute for a minute,
  • Then add the finely chopped vegetables to the onion and stir the ingredients together over high heat for four minutes.
  • Add the cooked shrimp and my heart well with the vegetables.
  • Eggs are scrambled separately and placed in the skillet. Add salt and pepper for flavor.
  • Leave it for a minute on low flame.
  • Now add the cooked rice to the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cook dinner on medium heat for 3 minutes and let it stick to the shrimp, eggs, and vegetable flavor.
  • Add vinegar and cook dinner over a stew for two minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken - 1 pound
  • Egg - 1
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Plain yogurt - 1 ½ cups
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped spring onions - ¼ cup
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Green chilies - 3 slits across
  • Cooking oil - For deep-fry.

Preparation method: 

  • Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
  •  Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add cornflour, eggs, half a cup of plain yogurt, chili powder, and salt.
  • Mix it well and soak for an hour.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the marinated chicken and fry.
  •  Get rid of the excess oil by placing the chicken pieces on an absorbent paper.
  •  In another frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it up.
  • Add curry leaves, green chili, and green onions.
  • Fry it well and add a cup of plain yogurt.
  • Add salt and chili powder to taste.
  • Add the fried chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture and cook over medium heat until the chicken yogurt pieces are completely absorbed.
  • Now add vinegar and with this, the delicious sour and spicy chicken is ready to be tasted.

3. Traditional baby eggplant gravy:

Ingredients:

  • Purple baby eggplant - ½ pound
  • Finely chopped onions - ½ cup
  • Minced Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • Coconut milk - ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Cooking oil - 3 tbsp.

Preparation method:

  • Cut the eggplant into four large slices.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and add the eggplant and fry until golden brown.
  • Leave it aside. We add 2 tablespoons of oil to the same pan and add onions to it.
  • Stir the onion until golden brown, then add the chopped garlic and tomato, and fry until pureed.
  • Add chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander and mix well.
  • Add eggplant and salt to taste.
  • Carefully turn it over without shaking the eggplant.
  • Add half a cup of coconut milk and half a cup of water and let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • We turn off the fire and decorate it with coriander leaves. Here goes the sweet and salty little eggplant broth.

4. Onion yogurt salad:

  • Finely chopped onions - 1 cup
  • Plain thick yogurt - ¾ cup
  • Tomato - ½
  • Finely chopped green chilly - ½ tsp
  • Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Grated carrot - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation method:

  • Put finely chopped onions in a bowl and add yogurt, grated coconut, green pepper, and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well with your hand.
  • Garnish this tasty and Healthy Salad with grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, and finely chopped cilantro leaves.
  • This goes well with rice and you can also have it as a salad.

5. Spicy Indian chai:

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat milk - 5 teacups
  • Black tea powder - 2 tsp
  • Sugar as per your taste
  • Cardamom - 3 nos
  • Ginger - 1 inch.

Preparation method:

  • Add 5 cups of milk to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • When the milk is about to boil, reduce the heat, and add tea powder, cardamom, and sugar to your liking. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Now crush the piece of ginger and add it to the boiling tea.
  • Bring it to a boil until 5 cups of tea are cooked to 4 cups.
  • Now remove the pot from the stove and filter the tea through a strainer in your teapot.
